Pay for quality, not just volume.

Expert-reviewed training data and eval sets, priced by task not by seat, not by platform fee. Start with a fixed-scope pilot and see the quality before you commit.

The Pilot fixed scope, fixed price, zero risk

Every engagement starts with a pilot. One task type, a bounded volume, and a full QA report so you can judge our label quality against your own gold set before spending a dollar on production.

Scoped Pilot US$490

  • • Up to 1,000 labels on one task type
  • • Your data, your guidelines, your acceptance criteria
  • • Human QA review + written quality report
  • • Delivered in 5 business days
  • • 100% credited toward your first production project

No contracts. If the pilot doesn't meet your quality bar, you owe nothing further.

Indicative pricing by task type

Final quotes depend on task complexity, QA depth, and volume but here's where pricing starts.

Task typeFromTypical turnaround
Image classification$0.09 / label2–4 days
Bounding boxes & object detection$0.12 / box3–5 days
Semantic segmentation$6.80 / image5–7 days
Text annotation (NER, sentiment, intent)$0.06 / item2–4 days
LLM evaluation & preference ranking$0.79 / comparison3–5 days
Expert eval & red-teaming (domain specialists)$5.50 / item5–10 days
Audio transcription & tagging$1.70 / audio minute3–5 days

Prices shown are entry points for standard complexity with sampled human review. Higher review coverage, specialist domains, and rush turnaround are quoted per project.

Four things determine your quote

Task complexity

A 3-class image sort and a 40-attribute product taxonomy are different jobs. We price against the actual cognitive load per item, measured during pilot calibration.

QA configuration

Sampled review keeps costs down for tolerant use cases. Higher review coverage and specialist checks cost more per item and pay for themselves the first time bad data doesn't reach your training run.

Turnaround

Standard queues are cheapest. Rush delivery is available on most task types at a premium tell us your deadline in the scoping call.

Volume

Committed volume unlocks lower per-item rates. We'll show you the exact break points in your quote no hidden tiers.

Quality isn't a promise. It's a configuration.

We'll recommend a QA configuration in your scoping call and show you the accuracy numbers to justify it.

Human review

Available now

Trained reviewers check your labels at a configurable coverage rate from spot-checks up to full coverage of every label. Best for: production training data, pre-training data, internal experiments.

Consensus

Coming soon

Multiple independent labelers per item; disagreements escalated and adjudicated. Best for: benchmarks and anything feeding a model your customers touch.

Expert adjudication

Coming soon

Domain specialists (medical, legal, finance, code) adjudicate every contested label. Specialist annotators are already available today on request the full adjudication workflow is rolling out.

You'll see per-batch accuracy against your gold set in every delivery report not just at the end.

Everything you need to know

Is there a minimum project size?+

Pilots start at US$490. Production projects typically start around US$2,500, but we'd rather scope your actual need than enforce an arbitrary floor.

Who does the labeling?+

A managed workforce every labeler passes task-specific qualification training before touching client data, and specialist tasks are routed to domain experts.

How do you handle data security?+

NDAs as standard, access limited to assigned project teams, and deletion of your data on request at project close. Specific compliance requirements? Raise them in the scoping call.

What formats do you support?+

Common ML formats in and out | COCO, YOLO, JSONL, CSV, or your custom schema. We adapt to your pipeline, not the reverse.

What are the payment terms?+

Pilots are paid up front. Production projects invoice on delivery milestones, net 14. You can fund your balance by card, and SOL settlement at spot is available on request; enterprise bank-transfer terms on request.

Can the pilot really be credited in full?+

Yes. If you proceed to production within 60 days, the full pilot fee comes off your first invoice.

One task type, 1,000 labels, a full QA report credited in full when you go to production.
